Chinese 5 Spice Rub & SeasoningEspecially delicious on chicken, duck, all cuts of pork (spareribs, pork loin, pork chops, etc.), beef, seafood, vegetables, stir-fries of all types, bake, grill or fry and sauté. Use with noodles, soups, tofu, salad dressing, Chinese dishes, etc. How to Use For thick cuts of meat or whole chicken, use approximately 2 tsp. Chinese 5 Spice. Rub all over meat; for chicken rub all over as well as under skin. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or over night if possible.
